The Portuguese Navy museum ship NRP D. FERNANDO SEGUNDO E GLÓRIA. The final ship of the Portuguese East India line, she was built in Damaun in 1832-1843. Damaged by fire in Lisbon on 3-04-1963, her hull remained aground in the river Tagus for many years until salvaged in 1990-1992 and rebuilt in 1993-1998 by the Arsenal do Alfeite Dockyard and Ria-Marine - Estaleiro Naval, Lda., at Aveiro, Portugal. Commissioned on 28-04-1998 as a museum ship, she can be visited at the Alcantara Dock, Lisbon.
